INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN

Our expert coaches design and implement proven training methods to help athletes maximize every aspect of their performance and meet the demands of their sport. Programs are fully individualized, tailored to each athlete’s current needs and long-term goals. Factors considered in program design include age, body composition, training experience, sport and position, playing history, injury history, goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

PSP is fully equipped to develop every aspect of baseball performance. Our facility features radar guns, laser timing systems, jump testing platforms, turf areas, and sport-specific training tools designed for hitters, pitchers, and fielders. We provide specialty barbells and functional equipment for rotational power, lower-half drive, and arm care, including weighted balls, sleds, glute-ham raises, and jump/throw trainers—everything a baseball athlete needs to build strength, speed, and on-field explosiveness.
