C.J. Parsons

FOUNDER & HEAD TRAINER, BASEBALL PERFORMANCE

OUT-TRAIN. OUT-PERFORM.

C.J. Parsons leads Parsons Sports Performance (PSP) with a clear mission: build stronger, faster, more durable baseball athletes who are ready for NCAA competition. A three-sport standout and 2008 Massachusetts Super 26 All-State selection at Xaverian Brothers, CJ began his college career at Northeastern University, then earned a scholarship at Boston College — where he converted from defensive end to tight end and started all 13 games his junior year, scoring twice against eventual national champion Florida State. That blend of versatility, Division I experience, and pro-level preparation shapes how he designs training for today's players.

  • Strength & Conditioning for Baseball: lower-half drive, rotational power, acceleration, and 60-yard improvement.
  • Arm Care & Workload: shoulder/hip balance, preseason ramp-ups, in-season durability.
  • Performance Testing: force plates, jump testing, laser timing, repeatable progress tracking.
  • Team & Remote Programs: HS/club team training and app-driven coaching for in-season/travel athletes.

  • Founder, PSP (Norwood, MA): built a data-driven training environment centered on measurable gains and college-ready standards.

Peter 'Petey' Zecca

SKILLS & TRAINING COACH, SOCCER

OUT-SKILL. OUT-WORK. OUT-PERFORM.

Peter Zecca brings Division I and international soccer experience to PSP's training floor. A Weston, MA native, Peter was a standout forward at The Rivers School — a four-year varsity letter-winner who scored 32 career goals and earned first-team all-conference honors as a senior. He went on to compete at the highest level of college soccer, first at St. John's University in the Big East, then at the University of Akron, one of the nation's premier programs, where he was a member of the 2018 squad that reached the NCAA College Cup national championship final. Peter then took his game overseas, playing in Italy for Suzzara Calcio and training with clubs across Europe. He knows what it takes to earn a spot — and keep it — at the next level, and he brings that standard to every athlete he trains.

WHAT PETER DOES

  • Skills & Individual Training: one-on-one and small-group technical sessions focused on finishing, first touch, and attacking movement.
  • Speed & Conditioning for Soccer: game-specific fitness built on the demands of the modern game.
  • Player Development: helps youth and high school athletes build the habits, work rate, and technical base that college programs demand.
  • College & Pro Pathway Perspective: firsthand guidance on the recruiting process, prep school soccer, playing overseas, and what coaches at the next level look for.

BACKGROUND

  • Suzzara Calcio (Italy): took his career overseas with the historic Lombardy club — founded in 1919 with seasons in Italy's Serie B — competing in Italian senior football and earning training stints and tryouts with clubs across Europe.
  • University of Akron (2018–19): forward on one of college soccer's elite programs; member of the 2018 NCAA national runner-up squad; studied marketing.
  • St. John's University (2017): joined the Red Storm's Big East roster as a freshman.
  • The Rivers School (Weston, MA): four-year varsity letter-winner; 32 career goals, including 15 as a senior; first-team all-conference.
  • Global Premier Soccer: club soccer development through one of New England's top club platforms.

TRAINING ETHOS

Greg Moeller

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

OUT-THINK. OUT-MEASURE. OUT-PERFORM.

Greg Moeller builds the data and AI engine behind PSP's athlete development. A three-decade technology operator who co-founded QD Vision — the MIT spinout acquired by Samsung whose quantum-dot science went on to earn a Nobel Prize — Greg now applies that same rigor to a different frontier: turning every rep, sprint, meal, and force-plate test into smarter training decisions for each PSP athlete.

WHAT GREG LEADS

  • The PSP Data Backbone: unifies strength-and-conditioning workouts, VALD force-plate testing, nutrition, and sport-specific metrics (exit velocity, throwing velocity, 10-yard sprints) into one complete picture of each athlete.
  • AI-Driven Coaching Decisions: applies machine learning to athlete data so programming is individualized, objective, and repeatable.
  • Operations & Growth: systematizes how PSP runs — so the same elite standard scales from high school athletes to collegiate and professional players.

BACKGROUND

  • Co-Founder, QD Vision (acquired by Samsung): MIT spinout that raised $130M+; named inventor on four U.S. patents.
  • Three decades commercializing frontier technology: robotics, AI/ML, and data systems — from autonomous vehicles to large-scale forecasting.
  • MIT Sloan MBA; MS, Virginia Tech; BSME with Distinction, WPI.

OPERATING ETHOS

  • Measure everything that matters: objective data beats opinion — progress should be visible and provable.
  • One athlete, one picture: training, testing, and nutrition belong in a single system, not in silos.
  • Build it to scale: every process should work as well for the thousandth athlete as the first.

QUICK FACTS

  • Role: Chief Operating Officer
  • Specialty: Athlete data systems, AI-driven performance analytics, operations
  • Works with: PSP coaching staff and every athlete's data
