PSP athletes see consistent improvement in squat, deadlift, vertical jump, and 60-yard dash times, along with throwing velocity and exit velocity verified through partner testing. Every athlete’s data is tracked in the PSP App and summarized in quarterly progress reports—so you can see the transformation from baseline to peak performance.

Athletes have seen impressive gains through consistent training, including a +140 lb increase in deadlift, +115 lb in squat, a 5 mph boost in throwing velocity, and a 10 mph increase in exit velocity. Speed improvements include a 0.47-second reduction in the 60-yard dash. These results reflect dedicated athletes who follow our programming and attendance standards, though individual results may vary.
