Semi‑Private Training

Get individualized baseball strength & conditioning in a small‑group setting. Semi‑private training pairs custom plans with coach attention to build lower‑half drive, rotational power, and faster 60‑yard times. VALD ForceDecks and Dashr guide progression. Flexible scheduling in Norwood, MA.

Youth Performance Training

Age‑appropriate strength, speed, and agility for developing athletes. We teach movement quality, sprint mechanics, jumping/landing, and safe lifting progressions with mobility and recovery habits. A great foundation for baseball and multi‑sport athletes in the Norwood area.

Team Training

Custom training blocks for high‑school and club baseball teams. Rosters build lower‑half power, rotational strength, sprint speed, and arm‑care durability with programming that fits practice schedules. Includes baseline testing, quarterly team reports, and on‑site or on‑campus sessions.
