Arm Care & Rehab

DURABILITY FIRST.

Parsons Sports Performance protocols place a strong emphasis on shoulder health, workload management, and proper recovery strategies to keep pitchers and position players performing at their best year-round.

ARM CARE

Baseball-specific arm care programs focus on strengthening the shoulder, elbow, and forearm to improve performance and prevent injuries. Through targeted exercises, mobility work, and prehab routines, pitchers and position players develop durability and maintain throwing velocity throughout the season.

REHAB & INJURY RECOVERY

If injuries occur, PSP rehab protocols guide athletes safely back to full strength. Using sport-specific rehabilitation techniques, we address the underlying issues, restore proper mechanics, and integrate progressive training to ensure a complete return to peak performance.

WHO IT’S FOR

Our programs are designed for high school baseball athletes preparing for college-level competition. Pitchers and position players looking to maintain durability, prevent injuries, or recover safely from arm issues will benefit from these specialized protocols.

WHAT WE TRAIN

We focus on strengthening the shoulder, elbow, and forearm through targeted exercises, mobility work, and sport-specific prehab routines. Programs also include proper throwing mechanics, workload management, and recovery strategies to optimize performance and longevity.

WHAT YOU’LL SEE

Athletes experience improved arm strength, increased throwing velocity, and enhanced endurance on the field. Reduced soreness, better mechanics, and a lower risk of injury translate directly to more consistent performance during practices and games.

HOW WE MEASURE

Progress is tracked with performance metrics such as throwing velocity, range of motion, and functional strength tests. Regular assessments and transparent reports allow athletes and coaches to monitor improvements and ensure readiness for high-level competition.
