PHYSICAL ANALYSIS

PERFORMANCE

INCREASE YOUR MAXIMAL FORCE

Increasing your maximal force allows more force to be put into the ground with every step. The more force that is applied into the ground, the stronger the recoil is off the ground, so the farther forward you are propelled forward, which increases your top-end speed. We increase ground force in the weight room, by building absolute strength and focusing on your glutes, hamstrings and foot/ankle complex.

INCREASE YOUR RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT

Increasing your Rate of Force Development will allow you to produce your maximal force at quicker speeds. We have to teach the body to explode using the stretch-shortening cycle. We do this by teaching the body to move weights at speeds along the force velocity curve which allows the muscle to develop that contractile force. Here we are also able to focus on your directional force, which allows you to become more agile and decreases your risk for injuries.
