INCREASE YOUR LATERAL GROUND FORCE & RFD

At this point in your career you’ve put some work into the weight room and built some foundational strength. To take performance to the next level and continue to develop your Velo & 60 yard dash you need to increase your Explosive Strength in baseball specific directions and planes of motion. Increasing your Rate of Force Development (Explosive Strength) allows you to produce your max force within the time constraint of throwing and hitting. You only have 0.16-0.18 seconds while throwing or hitting to produce maximal force. It takes 2X or even 3X that time to produce maximal force. Therefore, athletes with higher RFD will throw harder and have more power off the bat. We maximize RFD using primarily two training methods; ground contact plyometrics, and the Dynamic Effort Method. This is a holistic approach to Explosive Strength, and has helped hundreds of baseball athletes like yourself increase their Velocity 4-7mph and Exit Velo 8-10mph in as little as 12 weeks.
