My passion for athletics and off-field training began early in life. I attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA, where I was a three sport varsity athlete (football, basketball, baseball). When not on the athletic field, I could be found in the weight room.
A constant desire to improve performance through strength training helped me to develop a successful athletic career. I was elected captain of the football team senior year and acquired several accolades including; Super 26 All-State team, Catholic Conference all-star, Daily News Transcript all-star, and I played in the Shriners Football Classic All-Star game. Following high school I went on to play tight end at Boston College (2010-2013), starting three years and served as a captain in my final season.
Since finishing my athletic career, I made the transition to coaching in sports performance, focusing on the development of youth and elite athletes. I’ve been fortunate to coach a wide demographic of athletes of all sports, ages, and abilities, including World Champion boxers, Olympians, professional athletes in the NFL and MLB, and soccer’s Premiere League, as well as many collegiate athletes of various sports. My job is to prepare athletes for the physical and mental demands that come with elite level athletics. Our goal at Parsons Sports Performance is to give every athlete that walks through our doors the means and opportunity to develop and pursue their dream.
